Recruitment process

  • Submitted applications are analysed in terms of requirements and needs for a given position
  • We arrange a meeting at our headquarters. During the meeting, we can get to know the candidate better and present the requirements related to the job. At the meeting, additional tests are also conducted, such as: foreign language skills, knowledge of a given field related to the job, as well as personality.
  • The last stage of the recruitment process is to present our job offer to the selected candidate.
