Custom enclosures

Our experts, after familiarizing themselves with the Customer requirements specification, draw up a project of new enclosure. Design work also includes simulations of injection moulding, which help to assess whether the wall thickness has been properly selected for the flow of plastic. This is an important element of the quality of the enclosure. In the next stage, a 3D model is made, and after its acceptance, an injection mould is made for production. The buyer has also the possibility to choose the material and colour of the future product. As a standard, the mould durability is about 20 - 30 years, with a capacity of well over a million pieces.

We use high-quality machines, such as:

EDM machines:

  • Mitsubishi EA12S
  • Accutex HD75
  • Accutex AM32N2

WEDM machines:

  • Mitsubishi MV2400S
  • Accutex AU-300iA

3D printer:

  • Zortrax M200

In the case of interesting mould designs, it is possible to make a mould by sharing the costs with the Customer, and for a series of more than 10,000 moulds we can make a mould free of charge
